At the same time, upon completing your theoretical and practical training as a specialized nutrition consultant, you will be able to design appropriate meal plans for individuals with specific medical conditions as well as athletes aiming to enhance their performance during competition periods.
Part of a nutritionist’s training also includes preparation for managing patients or clients facing psychological challenges. Specifically, a graduate of the Dietetics-Nutrition program will be equipped to provide psychological support to individuals struggling with obesity or those required to follow specialized diets. Additionally, this program offers training in addressing the special needs of individuals with temporary or occasional eating disorders, as well as patients who have undergone surgical procedures for weight loss, through the development of tailored nutrition plans.

Meanwhile, in the Health School’s laboratories, they are trained in specialized examination techniques, such as body fat analysis, calorie consumption assessment, muscle mass measurement, and more.
At the same time, Dietetics-Nutrition students participate in experiential projects in collaboration with other health sectors, following European educational standards that simulate real working conditions. Additionally, students have the opportunity to complete their practical training in major cities abroad through the Erasmus+ program.
