Over 40 European Universities, Institutes, and Professional Certification Bodies honor us, trust us, and choose us for collaborations!

As a pioneer in vocational education, since 1990, SVIE has been closely following European developments and participating in a network of partners – educational institutions and organizations – from the most advanced EU member states, with the aim of:

•  Educational cooperation

•  Comparing curricula based on credit transfer systems (ECVET, ECTS)

•  Co-developing new educational modules

•  Placement and exchange of students and graduates in EU partner countries, both for internships and for gaining valuable work experience

SVIE. A pioneer in European & Community Programs for 35 years!

•  In 1990, SVIE implemented the DELTA Community Program for the training of its faculty and administrative staff.

•  From 1992 to 1995, SVIE collaborated with distinguished European institutions under the PETRA program for the vocational training of young people and their integration into the labor market. PETRA also included placements and exchanges of SVIE students and graduates with international educational organizations, aiming to improve their skills and provide them with valuable experience.

•  Through the innovative STRIDE program (1992–95), SVIE trained Greek and Italian post-secondary and higher-education graduates in Telemedicine applications.

•  Under the 1995 LINGUA program, SVIE organized internships for Italian Dental Technicians in its specialized laboratories.

•  From 1994 to 2002, SVIE annually hosted Dutch Nursing students in Greece for a two-month internship under the SESAM / PLATO program.

•  Since 1996, SVIE has consistently participated in the Leonardo Da Vinci program focusing on vocational education and training. Within Leonardo, SVIE has represented Greece in:

From 2020 to today, SVIE has actively participated in numerous Erasmus+ programs, developing educational modules for both students and teachers. Below are some of the major Erasmus+ programs carried out in collaboration with European partners:

•  HEALTH4EU: Within this Erasmus+ KA2 project, we developed a European educational model for social care and health students. Through this model, students enhance their knowledge, skills, and competencies to empower individuals of all ages and client groups, using the concept of the 6 dimensions of Positive Health. Erasmus+ Opportunities at SVIE

A unique experience for every student and professor at our School!

SVIE students broaden their horizons and knowledge, as the program can support their choices for studies, internships, apprenticeships, and, of course, mobility to other European cities! The program supports the professional development of teachers and SVI employees, giving them the opportunity to explore new teaching methods from other professionals across Europe! As an educational organization, SVI through Erasmus+ creates new international partnerships, which expand opportunities for its students and teachers, thus contributing dynamically to job creation!
With the opportunities offered by the program for the professional rehabilitation of SVI students, 1 in 3 trainees pursue a career at the European Organization where they were trained! Our students gain greater confidence in traveling abroad for study, training, or internships, while other organizations, companies, and employers around the world express their admiration for this international experience! Every student at SVIE completes their studies through Erasmus+, having developed digital skills and the use of new communication technologies, while there are also many opportunities for them to learn foreign languages!
