SBIE, the Vocational School that established Health Professions in Greece, offers you the exclusive opportunity to work in the field of Dental Technology as a dental technician, not just as an assistant! Through SVIE's exclusive collaboration with the renowned Enrico Fermi Institute of Perugia, you can obtain a Dental Technician License and run your own laboratory!
As a graduate of the Dental Technology School at SVIE, you will be able to handle the full range of responsibilities of a professional in the field. From organizing the dental laboratory, sourcing necessary materials, maintaining mechanical equipment, to ensuring hygiene standards are met.
Beyond the organizational and equipment aspects, you will be responsible for performing tasks assigned by the dentist, following written instructions. Among these tasks, as a dental technician, you will be called upon to create temporary restorations for removable and fixed prosthetics, full dentures, immediate full dentures, metal frameworks for partial dentures, crowns and bridges of all kinds, as well as combining dental technician work with implants, creating porcelain veneers using CAD/CAM machinery, and more.
Career Rehabilitation
After graduation, you can work in specialized dental laboratories or even run your own business, obtaining a Professional Practice License through the exclusive collaboration between SBIE and the E. Fermi Institute in Perugia, Italy.

And since specialization is key in dental technology studies, at SBIE’s Dental Technology School, you will gain hands-on experience in using CAD/CAM digital technology, porcelain, and orthodontics. At the same time, you will participate in educational visits to collaborating dental laboratories, gaining insight into the real-world environment of the profession. One of the major advantages of this program is that it offers you the chance to complete your internship at healthcare facilities abroad, through the European Erasmus+ program.
