Purpose of the Seminar
The aim of the seminar is to teach participants all modern techniques and information to create their own ingredients and garnishes, as well as to maximize the use of the products they work with. You will never throw away anything useful at your bar again. The seminar will introduce you to the use of modern techniques and ingredients in the world of bartending, and train you in advanced cocktail preparation techniques. Each participant will complete the creation of their own signature drink.
